Most-added Christmas gifts
of 2026.

Christmas gift ideas for 2026, ranked by how often GiftList users added them to their lists in the last 30 days. There are separate lists for teens, kids, women and gifts under $50, refreshed every week. First right now: Lip Butter Balm Treatment for for teens, Blossom Cream Bunny 'Berry' for kids and Dreamer Blanket for women.

Ranked by how often GiftList users added them to their lists in the last 30 days (September 3 to October 2, 2026). Updated weekly. Stores set the prices, and they change often. We may earn a commission if you buy through these links.

Using a ranked list well

  • Start with the person. A popular gift still has to fit them. Check sizes, colors and what they already own.
  • Order early. Stores change prices and stock often in December, so buy sooner rather than later.
  • Ask for their list. If they've shared a wishlist, start there. It beats any ranking.
  • Follow the age on the box. For young kids, toy age ratings are about safety, not just interest.

What are the most popular Christmas gifts in 2026?
On GiftList, the gifts ranked first right now are Lip Butter Balm Treatment for for teens, Blossom Cream Bunny 'Berry' for kids and Dreamer Blanket for women, ranked by how often GiftList users added them to their lists in the last 30 days. Each list on this page shows the rest, and the lists update every week.
How is this ranking made?
We count how many different people added each gift to their GiftList lists in the last 30 days (registries don't count toward the kids and under-$50 lists), not how many times it was added. Adds from our Gift Ideas page count half, any week in which one person added more than 110 gifts is left out, and a gift is listed only after at least 20 people in that group added it. Each list shows up to 12 gifts from our Gift Ideas catalog, at most 2 per brand, and the teen list only includes gifts tagged for tweens or teens. We never show how many people added a gift.
Who counts as a teen or a woman here?
The teen list counts people ages 13 to 17 adding to their own lists, by the birthday in their GiftList profile. The women's list counts women 18 and older adding to their own lists, by the birthday and gender in their profile or, when gender is blank, the gender their first name most likely suggests. The kids list counts gifts made for kids 12 and under, added by anyone to a list that isn't a registry.
Are these prices current?
Not always. You're seeing each store's price from the last time we checked, and stores change prices and stock often. You'll see the final price at checkout.
