Create Your Free Gift Registry

A gift registry is a list of gifts you’d like for an occasion that you share with guests. A GiftList registry isn’t limited to one retailer’s catalog: paste a link from any online store and GiftList fills in the name, image and price when available, or add an item manually.

Yes, creating and managing a registry requires a free GiftList account. Guests don't need an account to view your registry or mark an item as reserved/purchased.

Yes. Choose “Import List or Registry” from your list’s menu (or paste the link into Add gift) and paste your existing list or registry link. GiftList shows a preview of every item so you can pick which ones to bring over before anything is added. The original must be public or shared, and an import may bring over only part of a list.

We can't import it — GiftList can only read registries that are public on the original site. You'll see a message that the list is private or password-protected so you know to make it public first (or add those items manually instead).

Yes. Add a cash fund (Add gift, then Cash fund) with an optional goal amount, or turn on group gifting for any priced item so guests can chip in toward it. Guests send money through the payment account you link and record their contribution, and the fund shows the running total.
