Your team’s
giving drive,
on one list.

Coworkers reserve what your nonprofit partner needs, no account needed.

Create a free giving list

From requested to covered, in one place.

Add items from any site.
Paste a product link from any store and GiftList fills in the details, or add an item by hand.
A progress bar for the drive.
Coworkers see how much is covered, like “18 of 30 gifts claimed”, right on the list. It’s on by default.
No account for gift-givers.
Coworkers reserve an item without creating a GiftList account. Only organizers need one.
Run it together.
Invite co-organizers by email, even if they don’t have a GiftList account yet, to manage the lists with you.

They see what’s needed.
You see who’s covering it.

Share one link with the whole company. Coworkers see what’s still open; you get the full picture in the Gift Tracker.

What coworkers see
The items still open, the ones already reserved, and the progress bar. No account needed to reserve.
What you get back
Every coworker who reserves leaves their name and email. The Gift Tracker shows who’s covering what, and you can download it as a spreadsheet.
Who runs it
You and any co-organizers you invite. Admins can manage the lists and the Gift Tracker with you.

Set up the drive.
Share one link.

Add the items your nonprofit partner asked for, then share one link with the whole company.

Create a free giving list
  1. Confirm what your nonprofit partner needs.

Start with the items, quantities and details the recipient has asked your workplace to collect.

  2. Build one list from any store.

Paste product links and GiftList fills in the details, or add an item manually when there is no product page.

  3. Share the link and track coverage.

Coworkers reserve what they will give, so the team can see what is still needed and the organizer can follow progress.

After the drive,
thank every giver.

Thank-you cards are drafted for you. Each one opens with the giver’s first name and the gift they gave, in your organization’s voice. Edit any card, then send it by email or share a link.

Click the card to watch it open.

Workplace giving,

Is GiftList for the employer or the nonprofit?
A workplace organizer can create and manage the gift drive for a nonprofit partner. The employer coordinates the collection; it does not need to represent itself as a nonprofit.
Do employees need a GiftList account to participate?
No. Coworkers can reserve an item without creating an account. The organizer creates a free account to set up and manage the list.
How does GiftList help avoid duplicate donations?
Participants can see which items are still open and which have already been reserved, so they can coordinate before shopping. A reservation records a coworker's commitment; it is not proof of a retailer purchase.
Does GiftList ship the gifts to our nonprofit partner?
No. Coworkers buy from the retailer and deliver gifts the way your drive asks, for example to a drop-off point at the office. Put those instructions in the list description.
Does GiftList handle donation matching or tax receipts?
No. GiftList coordinates which gifts are covered. Donation matching and receipts stay with your company's giving program and your nonprofit partner.

Give your team one clear place to help.

Create the list, share the link, and keep your workplace drive moving from requested to covered.
