Yes. GiftList is free, with up to 100 people in each exchange.
Do coworkers need an account to take part?
Yes, a free account to join and see who they drew. Coworkers you invite by email can decline from their invitation without an account, before names are drawn.
Can the organizer see who drew whom?
No. The draw is organizer-blind: everyone, organizers included, sees only their own match. Who drew you stays hidden until the exchange date.
How many people can join an office Secret Santa?
At least three people are needed to draw names, and one exchange can hold up to 100. A bigger company can run one exchange per team.
Does GiftList enforce the gift budget?
No. The budget appears on the invitation as a guideline for everyone. GiftList does not process payments or limit what people spend.
